Door ring subscription
my subscription suddenly got stop because my CC was changed and my mistake for not updating the information with Ring but what will it cost to Ring to send an email or a phone message when they got that information to let me know that my CC was not working but instead just stop my account. When tried to connect with support the only way to share feedback to management is calling no email, no chat JUST CALLING!
Just would like to remind Ring that competition is present and now a day offer the similar system and live recording without charges by the way!
Am now looking at competition for a more friendly customers system!!

I did received a after Ring stop my subscription but would be great if any issue with the payment to be inform immediately instead after , isn't it?? I do check daily my junk mail as well you had my mobile number what does it cost to send a message???

Hi @Francoisgs. You should receive emails letting you know that your Ring Protect Subscription is set to renew. If there is a problem with payment, you should also receive an email. If you're not seeing these emails, you may need to check your junk/spam folders.
