Hello,

I just installed a ring camera inside my home and am trying to share the device with my husband. He has downloaded the app and set up his account.  I send a user invite through my ring app and 1) it never shows up in my pending invite list, and 2) he does not receive the e-mail invite.  Yes, I am using the correct e-mail address and yes, he has thoroughly checked his account and spam folder.  Again, when I go to pending invites, it says I have none, even though I have sent it multiple times.  I've also tried going to Control Center and Shared Users but "shared users" doesn't show up as an option for me.  However, on his ring app it DOES show up as an option, but my invite isn't there either.

Thoughts?
