unable to see comments on a post I made

I have a community post from 7/25 that I can't see the comments. I can see the number of comments next to the bubble but it does not open the comments.

Hi @user_239241. Are you referring to a post on the Neighbors app? Make sure your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available. If you're using the stand-alone Neighbors app, ensure this is updated as well.
