Hi @Beades. Make sure your Ring App and your phone's OS are both fully updated, and that any VPNs you have are disabled. You can also try accessing the Modes settings on the device profile page for your Camera. In the Ring App, tap the menu in the top left > Devices > your Camera > Mode Settings > Customize Mode Settings at the bottom of the page. Let me know if that works for you! :)

Turning VPN off didn’t fix this problem nor did it take the learn more video away . And it didnt make the modes show up on my dashboard. I still can’t get the “away”, “home”, and “arm” modes on my dashboard.

Hi @user_62b788. Access to Modes for Ring doorbells and cameras requires a compatible Ring subscription. Additionally, you must have the correct location selected in the Ring app. The "All Cameras" location will not have the Mode buttons on it.
