I have just moved into a house with ring 3 pro, I cannot get the light to go into white setup mode, tried reset and battery is on green

Hi @user_4e1751. Is this a Ring Doorbell or Camera? If it's the Video Doorbell 3, you can reset the device by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Make sure the battery has been fully charged first. After resetting the doorbell, you try walking through the setup process again in the Ring app.
