Communicate thru camera

Question

How can I communicate with a person I see on my outside camera?  I have both mic and speakers enabled with volume at max?

Hi @user_4f8d17. When you activate the Live View, tap the microphone and speaker icons to ensure Two-Way Audio is enabled. After that, you can speak into the microphone on your phone to communicate with visitors at the camera. The volume on your phone will need to be turned up to hear what the person at the other end is saying as well.
