I bought my first pair of outdoor battery operated RING stick up cameras and they were delivered June 4/26.

Easy install , easy hook up to wifi, easy app. everything worked perfect...for one week. Then one went offline. We went through RING's steps to get reconnected, multiple times with an abundance of patience and hope. nothing. we contacted RING and went through ALL steps again, with a really nice RING agent...nothing. we moved furniture and plants and considered moving a wall lol...finally the RING rep said ' send it back, it's no good' -(not verbatim) we were even sent a replacement camera and it did the same, although it did last almost 2 week. 2 cameras down and we decided we would quit trying and be grateful the front one worked. until yesterday. same issue, same steps, same results. nothing. nada. it's saturday, no help until monday...do we try again with a rep? do we buy another ring camera? a more expensive fancy one? or just give up and find another camera brand...im just done with RING. The amount of help articles and videos out there is a major red flag..im not the only one experiencing connectivity issues..or maybe..it's the cameras themselves? cheap? im batting 3 for 3 rn. i could almost write a book about all the steps/stress and lost interest i have for this product but this is long enough...
