Silent Alarm set!

Why does it do a long countdown so loudly when arming?? It wakes me up every single night when my husband sets it. They told me to turn the volume down on the devices to get around this problem. I don’t like that because then I can’t hear my door chimes every day and I can’t tell if it’s setting. I also can’t set it to zero delay because then we can’t get out of the house in time during the day. It just seems ridiculous. My other alarms didn’t make noises and talk and count down when set. There was short ping to tell you it was set. Then it was silent. This has to be fixed please!
