Motion camera zones

So on ring cameras you can set motion zones and name them for different areas but for automating smart homes you either have motion or no motion across the whole image. Ring you could make it so those zone you set can be exposed to platforms such as home assistant where say zone 1 is the garage and then you can run specific automations based on off of presence in that zone or zone 2 is the driveway that triggers a sequence of lighting outside
