Leaking seal on RING camera/light

Our RING light/camera stopped working and we noticed under the lens glass it was full of water. After looking online I found several of the same complaint with water leaking into the unit. This is very disappointing considering the price of this unit and obviously is a manufacture defect with the seals. What can a customer do about this? I hope RING is addressing this!
