Door bell only works when I contact Ring or Vodafone

a year and a half ago I was giving a Ring doorbell, only to discover there was a monthly charge, but first I had to get a broadband connection (€45.00 per month) ever since Ring blame the broadband and Vodafone blame Ring for the thing not working. How do I get talking to someone in Ring to have this fixed or cancelled
I will also cancel my broadband

Hi @user_4be87b. To cancel your plan, you can log in on Ring.com and click the plans tab. From there, you can manage your subscription.
