Chime Pro disabled following AWS issue

Does anyone know when this is likely to be working again?? Doorbell and indoor camera are back working but chime isn’t connecting and nothing is working to connect it - reset etc.

    you're not alone similar issue here, i followed the prompt of the app and i reset the chime, guess what it did no good and now the device is back to factory default and can't get it to work.

      Same here it’s just gone off. Tried a reset but no lights. It plays a tune then a few bleeps that fade, tried everything. I fear with all the chaos of today they’ve maybe done a firmware update that’s damaged the chime. I use it to extend the network so having to relink all my cameras to the main wireless network. No doorbell though now!

        Hi there. The AWS was certainly large scale! Thankfully, it has been fixed and all devices should be working once again. Try rebooting the device and reconnecting it to wifi.
