I have recently bought a new wireless doorbell and deactivated the old broken one. I have an active solo plan but it hasn’t transferred over to my new bell. It’s asking me to cancel subscription and renew. Is this correct

Hi @user_0bc2f7. Yes, that is correct. The Ring Solo plan cannot be transferred between Ring devices, so you will want to cancel your current plan and subscribe to a new plan for the new doorbell.
