2FA Reset / SIM card does not work, I do not receive a security code, I lost access to Mobile APP and ring.com Account.
Hello @Ring_Moderator, @Caitlyn_Ring, @Tom_Ring, @Justin_Ring, @Enzo_Ring, I have questions regarding the replacement of a phone number (2FA) in case of loss of control over the old SIM card. My SIM card does not work, I can't get a two-step verification code, I have lost access to Mobile APP and ring.com Account. Reset 2FA is required. I am in Europe, this is the Second Account for communication with "dedicated Customer Support agents". What should I do in this case? How to contact Real Technical Support? Regards, @user_e73a70

Which country are you located in? - Europe, (My location is private information, available to you only in private messages or in a secure chat or any other alternative way).

As far as I know, Ring Community Guidelines apply to all users, including Community Manager, Moderator and Blog Authors... I advise you not to waste time, contact Real support in your region. You must first contact the trader with a complaint if you have a claim regarding a purchased product or service. The trader is obliged to respond to your complaint within 15 days.
