Unable to Reinstall Base Station After AWS Outage
troubleshooting

This morning, I thought there was a problem with my Base Station and kept resetting it until it eventually crashed. Afterwards, I deleted the entire Base Station from the app, but I still can’t reinstall it. Later, I found out that the issue wasn’t with my Base Station, but due to an AWS outage. I’d like to know what I can do to fix this — is there any official support I can contact?

    We did experience multiple system outages yesterday, October 20, which were resolved as of 22:27 UTC. You should see your Ring app and Ring devices performing normally now.       Support is nonexistent; I tried the phone, online chat, and the forum to no avail. My base station is not recognised, can't connect.

        Mine just flashes blue; I’ve tried that richard customer support line and it doesn’t accept any verification codes . No idea where to go now.
