Ring Alarm Calls only works with Alarm or Medical Panic Button and not Fire
We (as UK based Scout Group) have a Ring Alarm and a Ring plan that includes Alarm Calls.
We love the Ring alarm, it lets us issue out codes to all the people that rent the Scout Hall / Community Centre from us.
Whenever the Alarm is triggered we get a phone call. We also get a phone call whenever someone presses and holds the Medical Request Panic Button.
We have a dumb Fire Alarm Panel
The panel has been connected to a Shelly Uni attached to Home Assistant.
Whenever the Fire Alarm goes off the Shelly Uni activates and Home Assistant turns on the MQTT Panic - Fire switch.
The Ring alarm activates locally and the Ring app even sends us a Fire notification however, we don't get a phoner call.
How can we fix this please

Hi @ChapeltownScouts. With Alarm Calls, emergency contacts are notified via an automated call with burglary and panic alarms. Do you happen to have a screenshot of the fire notification you receive? Additionally, how do you have Home Assistant configured to activate the Ring Alarm in this situation?
