Panic Button - Shared Users

I have setup 2 Ring Panic Buttons for my in-laws to use at their house. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate how to setup the devices to other users like I have been able to for the cameras in their house. I would like for my wife to be alerted along with me when one of her parents push the button. Last night, the panic button was used and alerts only came to my phone. Please advise.

Hi @user_194a99. The Panic Button is an accessory that requires the Ring Alarm system to be set up first. We have information here on how to set up and configure the Panic Button. Since the Panic Button is part of the Ring Alarm security system, you would need to share access to the Ring Alarm for your wife. You can control this under Settings > Users & Pets.
