Open Door Arming loses configuration
troubleshooting

I use 2 doors to enter/exit house. I set "Open Door Arming" on both and it works. After some days, it stops working and I have to enable the setting on each door contact again. Is anyone else seeing this happen?

Hi @user_506171. Open Door Arming is only available to sensors that support Main Door placement, and can only be turned on for one Main Door sensor at a time. You cannot have Open Door Arming enabled on multiple Main Door sensors.

Thanks for your reply. Why is the system set such that only one Main Door sensor can have "Open Door Arming" enabled when there are  multiple main doors?

Could this be added to a future development of the software to allow multiple main doors to have "open door arming"?

I have since discovered that, illogically, "open door arming" can only be enabled on one door. I kept finding one of the doors "open door arming" was disabled and re-enabled it which was then setting the other door's "open door arming" to off. Clearly a bug. What's the point of having the setting at sensor level when in fact it can only apply to one sensor?
