Changing user permissions
In the Ring app on my iPhone I have access to all devices, including the alarm system. At the top of the dashboard are the three mode buttons. In the Ring app on my wife’s iPhone, she can access the cameras, but not the alarm system. Her dashboard does not have the three mode buttons at the top. Her permissions level is Standard. Is this the problem? She really does need to have access to the alarm system and those three mode buttons.

Hi @user75048. Make sure you have shared access to the Ring Alarm system with your wife, and ensure she has the correct location selected in the Ring app. If she has the "All Cameras" location selected, she will not see the Mode toggle options.
