No security screw at the bottom of my battery ring doorbell 3rd generation.
Hello, im reaching out as i've noticed i don't have a security screw at the bottom on my ring doorbell, i am wanting to change the faceplate to it as i'm not a fan of the silver look. i've seen a few vidoes on how to do so and all of them seem to have a security screw at the bottom and unfortunately i don't. does this mean i can't change it. i've noticed there are little screw on the back that seem to hold the siliver faceplate on but i'm not sure if i can remove those and i also didn't get a ring screwdriver with mine.

I have the same issue! No tools were provided with my ring doorbell, and there are no screws at the bottom of it either. All the robot can say is to buy something from Ring. typical!
