Doorbell pro strange image?

I just installed my new ring doorbell pro and at night when you go to live view you can see a ‘halo’ in the middle of the screen that looks like the reflection of the outside of the lens. After 10 seconds or so it refocuses and goes away but obviously not great for a brand new device! And help?
