2nd gen chime is not lighting up

Hi!
today i tried to set up the 2nd gen chime. i plugged it in first, the registration process started and after selecting the wifi network i accidentally stopped the process on the app. after that the chime did not blink green or blue even though i unplugged and plugged it in several times. i tried to hold the button on the side for 5, 15 and 25 seconds but nothing happened. the device worked fine until i stopped the connection to the wifi.

    Hi @user_501af2. You have tried all the troubleshooting steps I would have suggested for a Chime that is no longer entering setup mode. The next best step is to give our support team a call for further assistance.
