Video Doorbell Pro - Wired

I'm pretty appalled with Ring right now.We've had this doorbell for two years. Within the first year, the glass lens cover shattered... presumably due to expansion from heat.We replaced the doorbell and now the second one has just experienced another glass issue - the glass has fallen out. The adhesive behind the glass is no longer adhesive and so the glass has fallen away.Contacted Ring support and they wouldn't do anything as apparently it is considered damage, even though the glass is intact. They won't even offer any advice about what sort of adhesive to use if we wanted to fix the thing. It's like talking to a robot.The worst customer service I've ever encountered.
