I have a Ring Doorbell 2020 release. What I'm seeing is that I keep getting notification + sound alerts for all non-person motions - within the motion zones I set up. Under 'Smart Alerts' set up, I have the following: - 'Person': Alert-> ON. - 'Other Motion' : Alert -> OFF (Record but don't send alerts) Any suggestion? Thanks.

    Hi @Kenny326. What version of the Ring app do you have installed? I would ensure that you are using the most recent version of the Ring app. I would also make sure that your Doorbell is mounted at the proper height and that a Wedge Kit or Corner Kit is installed, if necessary. This will aide in proper motion detection and mitigate false alerts. Let me know if this helps!
