Question

The plastic cover over my Ring Doorbell seems to be damaged and doesn't allow the camera to see anything.  How do I get a product warranty replacement under my Ring Protection Plan?

Hi @user_1a2d0c. If you haven't done so already, clean the Doorbell lens with a clean microfiber cloth to ensure there is no dirt or debris obstructing the view. If that doesn't fix the issue, you can contact our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to see what options are available.
