Ring Doorbell 4 Not Saving Videos

Often the ring doorbell does not save videos despite sending notifications. Is this a common problem and what can I do to resolve it? The notification doesn't even appear in event history. The last clip recorded was 2 hours ago despite there being more notifications between then and now.

The exact thing that just happened was I got a notification, a few seconds later I opened up the live view and was watching for a few seconds. Closed live view and it said "Processing". Went back to the app a few minutes later and it was gone. Clicked live view again, closed it, it said "Processing", again a few minutes later there was no record.

Live view loads instantly for what it's worth and doesn't seem choppy or anything

Hi @user_89f1e3. Does your doorbell have a Ring Home Plan? If it doesn't, the video will not save. Also, what model doorbell is this, what type of phone and what version of the Ring app do you have?
