Ring door doorbell, second generation
Ring has died and will not connect to my Wi-Fi despite disconnecting house, power and recharging router. the blue and white lights do flash and circle there was a box elder beetle inside, but the wiring looks secure is the camera dead? second camera I’ve tried with Ring since 2019

Hi @nanc1233. What happens when you try to reconnect your Ring doorbell to wifi? Are you getting a particular error message in the app? Given that you are seeing lights on the doorbell, it is likely not a power issue.
