New Ring Doorbell Pro 4k - Snapshots not Working in Timeline
I upgraded from the old Ring Pro Wired to the new Ring Pro 4k Doorbell.
The snapshot feature is not working on the new doorbell.
Within the app, when I view the timeline, the timeline moves as if it were showing me the snapshots, but it's just a blank image.
I have an iPhone 17 Pro. Everything worked fine with the previous Ring doorbell before upgrading.
- I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling.
- I deleted all history of my old doorbell.
- Motion detection is always ON. I've tried turning snapshot off and back on.
- My RSSI is great at -43.
Any thoughts? Thanks everyone.

I'm also having the same problem with my new 4k Floodlight Cam Pro.
Snapshots don't appear to be recording. I'm unable to review them on the timeline, just get a blank grey image, and if I try to download the snapshots for a time period I get a "download failed" message. Would appear they're not being recorded in the first place.
