Motion Alerts Notifications stopped working iPhone/iPad

Motion Alerts worked Jan 4 when I went to bed, did not work when I woke up the next morning. I have an iPhone and iPad, Notifications not working on either device, so shutting down the device is not the answer. It isn't a WiFi problem since everything else works and Ring video is recording, I'm just not getting Alerts.
This has obviously happened to many others in the past, but I don't see a solution that works.

- TSame thing for me .... I have an android and my wife has an iPhone; and the RIng Doorbell is connected to our Alexa. We get _ring_ notifications, but not _motion_ notifications. The motion events are logged in the history of the device, so it isn't a "motion settings" problem. We've done everything short of resetting to factory default... I'm not sure when we got our last motion alerts, but it has been a few days ... but it did work, probably around January 4th as well. Any idea how to get Ring.com 's attention on this? It's probably a systemic issue , not a per-user issue. Ted.•

- SHaving the same problem. Ugh. My floodlight cam notifications work fine it’s just my doorbell pro that stopped. Guess I will need to call and sit on with support.•

- GAre all of the issues with Ring Pro?? Several responses indicate that, and that's what I (original poster) have. I'm so frustrated - Motion Alerts is the primary reason I bought this thing.•
