I just got the ring pro 2 and you have to wait 90 seconds to press the button to ring the doorbell again. I spoke to someone on ring support and they said that is by design. I think this is a danger because if there’s a fire, for example, Someone’s trying to wake you up ringing the doorbell, They have to wait 90 seconds in between. I don’t believe this was an issue with my original ring pro. Any feedback?

- BThat is a HORRIBLE design feature. Think about it... you go to someone's house, ring the doorbell. How long do you HONESTLY wait until you ring it again? I would say 30 seconds MAX.•

- SI agree too... Even not 30 seconds. You press the button - the bell rings. This is the "expected behavior" of pressing a button, eh? Or put something else to react to subsequent presses of the button - via lights or voice... Many of us have Ring Chimes in the other side of the house so the visitor could not hear it (neither I if I am at the other room too).•
