I’ve been extremely frustrated with the constant connectivity problems I’ve experienced with both of my Ring cameras, especially the one hardwired into my doorbell. It’s completely unacceptable that these cameras are frequently offline, with the front doorbell being down for 3-4 days straight, dating all the way back to Christmas.

Ring claims that safety is a top priority, but it’s hard to believe that when a crucial part of my home security system has been unreliable for this long. The fact that the doorbell camera is hardwired and still having these issues is even more concerning.

I’ve tried everything, but it seems like no solution is being offered. And charging the camera isn't an option since it's already hardwired. This has been an ongoing issue, and I’m still waiting for a proper resolution.
