Doorbell Plus - Motion Events Missed
Hi! I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing issues with the Doorbell Plus missing motion alerts/events?
I had a Doorbell Video 3 for a few years and it captured most all events fine. I installed the Doorbell Plus last week and constantly missing motion events. Just in the past 2 days, I missed 4 deliveries and 4 times coming home (walking directly to the camera and entering the house).
I have set sensitivity to max, tries enabling all smart alerts, tried to disable the smart alerts all together. I rebooted the device, removed the motion zone and added it back. Even with things maxed and smart alerts off, it missed deliveries and 2 people walking to the door... driving me crazy.
Any ideas or advice would be awesome.
