Delayed doorbell notification
When our Ring door bell is operated, my phone rings immediately (Samsung S21). My wife’s phone rings about 3 minutes later! (Samsung A53)We are on different networks. Is the network the issue or is it a setting on her phone?

Yes, both on the same wifi, but not the same mobile network. It occurs when neither of us is using mobile data.The wifi router is within 2 metres of our phones and about 5metres from the doorbell. Signal strength is 59
