Cant delete old video doorbell

Question

I am not able to delete the already deactivated video doorbell device from my app. I have read instructions about going to the device settings of the old device to delete it, but the 'device settings'-menu isn't even visible when the device is already deactivated.

Hi @user_190140. You should see the deactivated device on your Dashboard page, where the camera preview tiles are. You should see an exclamation mark inside a triangle that you can tap on in the preview tile for that doorbell. Tap on it, and it should take you to the option to remove the device.
