After waiting forever to speak to customer no service (it ended up being a bot). Found out everything I’d done was correct; however my cam barely picks up any activity. I had replaced a very old cam with a badly scratch lens and it was still picking up beautifully.  Now I have a new one that does nothing, nothing.   I’m so irritated.  May try a reset, I don’t know what else to do. :-(
