Two ring doorbells different propertys
troubleshooting
Hello I've got two ring doorbells at two separate properties each with their own separate subscription on one app,
I'm having notifications for first doorbell in property one chiming in property two any ideas how to stop this and how it could be happening thanks

Hi @user_b681d9. Are you talking about an alert from a Ring Chime, or from a connected Alexa device? You can control which Ring Doorbells trigger an alert on a Ring Chime under Audio Settings > Chime Alerts. If these alerts are playing from an Alexa device, check the Announcement Devices for each Ring Doorbell in the Alexa app to ensure they are only linked to the Alexa device at the same location.
