Spot lights are on, camera is not working and showing offline. Reset button on top is not working. This is a hard wired system

I have a hard wired spotlight camera. The lights remain on 24/7 but the camera is not working. This all started suddenly. Other two house cameras are operating as they should. I did reset the router, even though this spotlight camera is the closest, and it didn't change anything.I hit the reset on top of the camera and nothing happens.

Hi @user_40b517. Try removing power from the device for about 10 minutes, then powering it back up. Allow it to boot up, then attempt to reconnect it to wifi. If it doesn't connect, let me know what specific error you get or what color lights you see flash on the bottom of your Spotlight Cam.
