Setup older floodlight wired camera does not have QR code need help setting up

Question

We moved the camera from one side of house to other side and need to reactivate but it is asking for QR code or pin and it does have any. How can we setup?

Hi @user_6e7178.  If you have an older version of the Floodlight Cam that did not come with a QR code, you can bypass scanning a QR code or inputting a code. During the setup process, when the app prompts you to scan the QR code, select 'Can't Scan QR Code.' Then, tap on 'Enter Code Manually' and choose the camera option that says 'Floodlight Cam.' This will allow you to continue the setup without a code or scanning.
