My video is upside down. Your instructions guide me to the video settings and a so called Rotate video but there is no selection. I have the outdoor Stick up cam and installed it on ceiling. So, is this a feature you removed? If so I will return it.

The video on the stick up camera can't be inverted through the app, but there is a ceiling mount adapter available at Amazon that will allow the cam to be mounted to the ceiling with the correct video orientation. Search for "Ring stick up camera ceiling mount."
