Indoor cam 1st gen - lost IR function
I have a 1st gen Indoor cam coming up on 5 years since purchase. A few years ago I started using it to monitor the driveway through a window so turned off the IR nightvision. We moved house earlier in the year so it's not been used for about 6 months, but I've just had it in use whilst we were on holiday and noticed that there was no footage overnight. Checking the settings I realised that the IR was still toggled off, so I toggled it back on and... nothing. Remotely rebooted the cam but this did nothing either, and since being back I've reset the device and this hasn't helped either.
Anything else I can look at, or given the age of the camera do I just need to replace it if I want nightvision footage?

Hi @user_c67377. I suggest power cycling the device, turning it off for 2 minutes, ten powering it back up. Once that is complete, the night vision should work. If not, try giving it a few gentle taps on the Indoor Cam, as the IR filter might be stuck. Let me know if this helps.
