Help with Outdoor Cam Plus using Battery

Question

I recently purchased a Outdoor Cam Plus to install using battery pack. However, even with a fully charged battery, live view is unavailable because it keeps saying 'live view disabled because it has a low battery. Please recharge it as soon as possible'. I have tried 2 different batteries that are fully charged. What am I doing wrong?????

Hi @user_e46cbc. Please try rebooting the Outdoor Cam by using the reboot option on the Device Health page in the Ring app. This should only take a few moments. After the reboot is done, try activating the Live View again. If it still won't activate due to the low battery message, please follow up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further troubleshooting assistance.
