Faulty Ring Floodlight Pro
I have a Ring Floodlight pro, which has been installed by a qualified electrician, less than 3 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it;-The sound quality is terrible - is crackly and voices cannot be understood when watching clips (WiFi signal strength is not an issue)-I set a light schedule and then deleted it and now the lights will not turn on when motion is detected

RSSI-54Motion activated lights have always been turned on.On top of all of those issues another one has now cropped up where the camera is not showing any footage on the event timeline apart from motion activated clips.

@user_345f91 With Motion-Activated Lights toggled on, and no Light Schedule in place, the lights should come on with motion detection as long as it's dark enough. Try rebooting the Floodlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page.Aside from Motion Events, Live Views are the only other video recordings that would show up on the Event History Timeline. If you have Snapshot Capture enabled, you will see snapshot images on the timeline as well.

Hi @user_345f91. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page? This gives us an indication of how strong the internet connection to your Floodlight Cam is. Additionally, can you please share a video example of the poor sound quality you're experiencing? As for the lights, make sure Motion-Activated Lights are toggled on under Device Settings > Light Settings.
