Hi I already have an account which has five cameras on. The cameras are at my elderly mothers house in London who has bad altzimers and I am based in Dubai Recently my friend added a new camera at the address for me but despite trying we could not add it to my account. As such he has had to set it up on his phone and add me as a shared user. Is there anyway I can become the owner of this other account and add it to my existing ring account which had a ring monitoring/recording service already running ? As stated in Dubai and so it would need to be able to be done remotely without visiting my mothers house in London

Hi @user_eba404. A Ring device has to be set up under your Ring account in order for you to be the Owner. Even the device ownership transfer process requires you to first initiate the setup process from your Ring account. Unfortunately, you cannot remotely swap a Ring device from one account to another.
