UK New AI Pro Plan does not include 24/7 recording?
Hi, it looks like “AI Pro” has replaced the “Premium” plan in the UK.
The new plan seems to have added AI features under a group called “Alexa Guard” but dropped 24/7 recording !? 24/7 is now only available as an extra add on per cam??
Note “Alexa Guard” is not available in the UK, and this new plan offers simply the AI features for double the Standard Multi-Cam price. Is this correct? Standard £80 vs AI Pro £160

Hi Tom,
so going forward there isn’t a plan offering multi-cam 24/7 recording as the Premium plan did? Premium offered 24/7 for up to 10 cams at a single location, and continuous Liveview.
If this plan with 24/7 recording is no longer available it’s a bit off really as some customers will have upgraded cams based on the Premium plan, only to now find they will have to pay per cam for 24/7 recording.

Tim,
I can see I am not going to get an answer about the now missing Premium plan in the UK( still available in EU).
Any customers who upgraded their cams to be able to get 24/7 recording now can only get this option on a per cam basis. Fine if it’s just 2 cams, but any more and its going to cost more than the previously available Premium plan. This could possibly be seen in a negative light.
