I’ve rung ring twice to subscribe to the £4-99 monthly , it won’t accept my bank cards,they say bank has refused it. Absolutely ridiculous,bank has said no problem with my card. So I’ve been given another free trail period, this is not the answer.  It needs sorting not excuses for such a large company.im really annoyed it can’t be sorted.
