Cancelled 24/7 recording over 3 weeks ago payments still attempted daily from my bank
Hi, I cancelled my 24/7 recording subscription over 3 weeks ago now but everyday since the $4 payment is still being attempted to be debited from my credit card! I have contacted support and tried correcting this with all of the suggestions provided but still its happening daily. One suggestion was to get my bank to block ring debits but i have other subscriptions that i still use so this is absolutely not a possible solution. Now when i try to cancel the 24/7 subscription it just shows an error message saying something went wrong please try again. Arghh so frustrating! I dont have time to call when im busy with work and children, why is there no human available to chat with on chat support only Ai đŁ
