Added new camera to existing system and wont allow me to record.
Hello, I already pay for a multiple camera subscription, added a new unit and now it wont allow me to record. States ring plan inactive only on the new unit, all others are working as usual

@user_feca90 Was a duplicate location with the same address set up by accident? You can see how many locations you have in the Ring app by tapping the location name in the top center of the app. The Ring Multi plan covers all devices installed at the subscribed location, so you should not need to take any extra steps after installing a new camera.

Hi @user_feca90. Did you set the new camera up at the subscribed location? Or is it installed at a different address? The Ring Multi Plan covers all devices installed at the subscribed location, but not additional locations.
