Add on subscription

We have just paid for the year a d now have 2 doorbells i want to add to the subscription but all it's telling me to do is get another subscription when I paid £50 two weeks ago

Hi @user_3bc126. What specific plan are you subscribed to? If you are on the Ring Solo Plan, that covers one device. If you are on the Multi or AI Pro plan, that covers more than one device at one Location. What plan are you upgrading to?
