"Upcoming Price Change"

I received your email notification that YOU chose to automatically "renew" my subscription, (i) adding a feature i never requested, (ii) at a price 2X my current price - - unless i took action to remove it. That's not a price change and its not a renewal - it is you randomly deciding to sign me up for and charge me for services i never asked for. That is highly unethical and makes me wonder what type of organization you are.
