Pop up won’t go away

Although I’ve renewed my plan and my videos are being saved again, the pop up saying my videos aren’t being saved remains. I’ve called customer service but what I was told turned out untrue so it pops up every time I open the app.

Hi @user_e89d44. Which Ring Home plan do you have, and how many Ring devices do you have? Make sure your Ring app is fully updated, and close the app out entirely if you've had it open in the background for a long time.
